tq99 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. All accounts undergo age verification as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed and any funds held are forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
BDT Deposits via MFS
All financial transactions on tq99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Players are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimately owned and not derived from unlawful activity.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active tq99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Bonus winnings accrued through duplicate accounts are void and non-withdrawable.
Fair Bonus Wagering
All bonuses issued by tq99 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
No Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited. tq99 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to tq99 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. tq99 operates a strict 18+ policy across all products including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, instant-win games, and any promotional offers. Proof of age may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.

tq99 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm player eligibility. All players will be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at the point of withdrawal or earlier at tq99's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Age Verification Warning: Any player who provides false date-of-birth information during registration is in material breach of these Terms. tq99 will close any account confirmed to belong to a minor, forfeit any balance held, and report the incident as required. Parents and guardians are reminded to implement appropriate device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling websites.
Account Registration
To access the full range of tq99 products and services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active tq99 account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of tq99 accounts:
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred mobile financial service (MFS) details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tq99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different MFS details, or different identity information — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held across them will be forfeited.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tq99 login credentials, including your username and password. tq99 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.
- Account sharing: Your tq99 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access any other player's account. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained access through your negligence — is your responsibility.
- Account updates: You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change — in particular your mobile number or MFS account details. Withdrawals are processed only to the MFS account linked to your tq99 profile; tq99 accepts no liability for failed withdrawals resulting from outdated or incorrect payment details held on the account.
- Dormant accounts: An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tq99 may deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players are advised to log in periodically to avoid dormancy fees.
tq99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registering an account does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on tq99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and processed via the following supported mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your tq99 balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from your MFS provider. tq99 does not charge a deposit processing fee on its side, though your MFS provider may apply standard transfer charges in accordance with their own fee schedule.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may occasionally extend during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where a withdrawal requires additional verification under tq99's KYC procedures.
- Withdrawal to registered MFS only: Withdrawals will be sent exclusively to the MFS account registered and verified on your tq99 profile. tq99 will not process withdrawals to third-party mobile numbers, bank accounts, or MFS wallets belonging to other individuals under any circumstances.
- Source of funds: tq99 may request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation when requested will result in withdrawal requests being suspended pending review.
- Bonus fund restrictions: Funds credited as part of a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.
- Failed transactions: tq99 accepts no liability for deposit or withdrawal failures caused by errors, downtime, or outages on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other MFS provider. In the event of a failed deposit, funds will ordinarily be returned to your MFS wallet by the provider within their standard reversal timeframe.
- Maximum withdrawal limits: Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's banking section. tq99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Currency note: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on tq99 are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is required for players using Bangladeshi MFS accounts. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used throughout the platform.
Bonuses & Promotions
tq99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, free spins on featured slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All promotional offers are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific conditions published at the time of the promotion:
- Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to eligible players who meet the specific criteria stated for each offer. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are available to verified players in good standing who have not previously been subject to a bonus abuse investigation.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements. - Bonus abuse: tq99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing minimum-risk bets across multiple outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided, and the account may be suspended.
- No cash alternative: Promotional bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash outside of the wagering process described in these terms.
- Right to withdraw offers: tq99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun wagering, any bonus already credited will remain subject to its original terms unless otherwise stated.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued use of tq99, you agree to abide by the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited conduct described below. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
You agree to:
- Use tq99 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or business purpose.
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify tq99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of tq99.
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent support interactions.
- Use only funds that are legitimately yours when making deposits, and not use tq99 as a vehicle for money laundering or the handling of proceeds of crime.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Automated betting tools: The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or otherwise interact with tq99 is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other tq99 product — constitutes collusion and is a serious breach of these Terms.
- Exploitation of software errors: If you become aware of a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction on tq99 that provides an unfair advantage, you are obligated to notify support immediately. Deliberate exploitation of any such error is prohibited. Any winnings derived from exploiting known or suspected errors are void.
- Chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute with your MFS provider in respect of a tq99 deposit that was legitimately made constitutes fraud. tq99 will contest any such chargeback and may pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
- Offensive or abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at tq99 support staff or other players through any channel is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
- Impersonation: Impersonating another player, a tq99 employee, or any other person in connection with your use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
tq99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tq99.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Detection of duplicate account activity or evidence that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
- Account inactivity resulting in dormant account status as defined in Section 3.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request made by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools or via support.
- Receipt of a court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at tq99's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered MFS account following the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately upon receipt. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except where closure was the result of an administrative error confirmed by tq99.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tq99 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, tq99 specifically excludes liability for:
- Any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming activity on tq99, including losses arising from reliance on odds, game outcomes, or promotional information displayed on the platform.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures — whether caused by tq99's own systems, third-party game providers, MFS providers, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond tq99's reasonable control including natural disasters, power outages, and telecommunications failures.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the systems or policies of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party financial services provider.
- Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage arising in connection with your use of tq99.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tq99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
